The Best Toddler Breakfast Smoothie

Getting your kid dressed, brushed teeth, out the door fed, and in a good mood can be tricky! As long as my three-year-old is not hangry, our morning routine goes a lot smoother, a lot smoother. This breakfast smoothie is my go-to on school days. I usually prepare this delicious and nutrient-dense smoothie while my little guy is still asleep. When he comes downstairs and sees his favorite Dylan’s Candy Shop cup filled with his favorite smoothie waiting for him, the tone to have a good morning is set! mom win

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (not frozen is cool too)
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder ( I use Apollon Nutrition – Dutch Chocolate ) any one you like will do
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 Tbs peanut or almond butter
- ice
- 1 cup chocolate oat milk ( I use Trader Joes brand )
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender (I use a vitamix ) and blend till smooth and creamy! Share this fruit and and veggie packed smoothie with your little one.
