Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients
Scale
1 can of chickpeas
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
sprinkle of your choice of spices (I like chili powder and smoked paprika)
Instructions
pre heat your oven to 400
drain the chickpeas, rinse well and pat dry
line a baking sheet with parchment paper
orange chickpeas on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil
bake at 400 for 20-30 depending on how crunchy you want them
toss with spices of your choice
Notes
some great spice combinations are:
oregano, garlic powder and thyme and sea salt
onion powder, garlic powder and parsley
sesame, ground ginger and garlic powder
