easy no bake cookie dough energy ball bites recipe

Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup nuts and more chocolate chip cookie dough peanut butter spread
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl
- with a rubber spatula mix all ingredients until well combined
- cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour to harden
- remove from the refrigerator and roll into balls – about 1 tbsp each
- store in an airtight container in the refrigerator – balls with stay fresh in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or up to 3 months in the freezer
Notes
- to prevent balls from sticking to hands while rolling, spray your hands with non stick spray
- use a small cookie scoop or melon ball scoop for even energy balls
