Whip up a batch of smooth and creamy homemade mayo in minutes with your trusty food processor. Just toss in the ingredients, let it blend, and savor the rich, flavorful result – the perfect condiment for all your favorite dishes.


  • 1 room temperature egg
  • 1 cup avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  1. Begin with a room temperature egg. Crack it into the food processor. Blend for 20 seconds
  2. Add in Dijon mustard, white vinegar and salt
  3. Give it a quick blend in the food processor until everything is well combined, about 20 seconds
  4. Now, here comes the secret sauce – literally! With the food processor running, slowly pour in a cup of avocado oil starting with drops until everything thickens – do this until about a 1/4 is in. Then start a steady stream for the remaining oil. Let the magic happen as the ingredients emulsify into creamy perfection.
  5. Pause and taste your creation. Feel free to adjust with more salt or lemon juice to suit your preferences.
  6. Transfer your homemade mayo into a jar. Stand back and admire – you’ve just made mayo from scratch!
